"Our daughter, Abby, is a very medically fragile, completely ventilator dependent, kind-hearted, enthusiastic pink princess and PHC has provided wonderful nursing care for every part of her for over 10 years. We have experienced many agencies in the course of her life and none compare to the day in and day out excellence in care PHC provides. They truly listen and care."—Jennifer
